We are looking for a creative and curious UX Designer to help build innovative
products. As a member of a product design team, you will contribute to designing
intuitive, accessible experiences for end users globally, working with guidance
from senior designers and cross-functional partners. These experiences may span
digital interfaces, physical products, connected devices, and the systems and
processes that bring hardware and software together. You will collaborate with
Product Managers, UX Researchers, Data Scientists, and Engineers throughout the
design process—from learning the problem space and creating user flows and
annotated wireframes to building prototypes and contributing to polished
products and user interfaces. You will build an understanding of how interfaces
relate to equipment, sensors, devices, data, and real-world workflows, and help
shape end-to-end experiences across setup, installation, commissioning,
monitoring, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will participate in




feedback cycles, advocate for users, and iterate on designs to improve clarity,
usability, and customer confidence.
