About the Role
We are a growing technology startup preparing for launch and are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Technical Operations Administrator to provide professional services to the Company on a self-employed basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in technology operations, customer support, and business administration. You do not need coding experience, although an interest in technology and digital platforms is highly valued.
As a Junior Technical Operations Administrator, you will receive training and work alongside more experienced members of the team while developing the knowledge and experience required to support clients and operational processes effectively. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where enthusiasm, adaptability, problem-solving,



and a willingness to learn are essential.
The successful candidate will provide professional services to the Company and will be expected to manage their responsibilities efficiently, maintain high standards of professionalism, and contribute positively to the Company's operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with providing customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and internal systems
• Support client onboarding and user training with assistance from more experienced team members
• Assist with responding to administrative queries and operational issues
• Carry out backend processing and operational tasks accurately and efficiently
• Escalate complex technical or operational issues to appropriate team members when required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support day-to-day platform operations and administrative workflows
• Learn and develop knowledge of internal syste
