We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (L3) with extensive expertise in Oracle database migrations, upgrades, modernization initiatives, and large-scale production support. The candidate will own end-to-end migration activities, including assessment, planning, execution, cutover, post-migration validation, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness.
The adecuado candidate should possess strong experience managing mission-critical Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, 21c) in enterprise environments with exposure to RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, Cloud migrations, and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Database Administration
Manage and maintain Oracle production, UAT, DR, and development databases.
Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Administer Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, GoldenGate, and OEM.
Ensure database availability, reliability, performance, and security.
Support 24x7 critical database infrastructure.
Migration & Modernization Leadership




Lead end-to-end Oracle database migrations across platforms and versions.
Execute Oracle-to-Oracle version upgrades (11g/12c to 19c/21c).
Plan and execute Linux-to-Linux, Unix-to-Linux, On-Prem to Cloud migrations.
Perform database consolidation and modernization initiatives.
Lead migration assessments, dependency mapping, and cutover planning.
Develop rollback strategies and contingency plans.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams during migration events
