About the Role
We are a growing technology startup preparing for launch and are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Operations Administrator to join our team on a self-employed basis.
This role is idóneo for someone with a strong interest in technology, customer support, and operational processes. You do not need coding experience, although technical knowledge or exposure to software systems is highly valued.
You will support clients through onboarding, training, troubleshooting, administrative support, and backend operational tasks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability, problem-solving, and a proactive approach are essential.
The successful candidate will provide professional services to the Company and will be expected to manage their responsibilities efficiently, maintain high standards of professionalism,



and work collaboratively with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and internal systems
• Assist with client onboarding and user training
• Respond to administrative queries and operational issues
• Perform backend processing and operational tasks accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support platform operations and day-to-day administrative workflows
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure a professional and positive client experience at all times
• Assist with the testing, monitoring, and operational support of the Company's technology platform
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and user experience
