Talent Acquisition Analyst- Queretaro Manufacturing
Proven experience (5+ years) attracting and hiring talent across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative functions, from technician to manager levels.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Querétaro who are available to join the team in the short term.

Key Requirements:
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
Flexibility to support recruitment activities across both the manufacturing plant and the Business Services Center locations (Colón - Downtown Querétaro).
Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and administrative functions.
Strong track record hiring talent ranging from skilled technicians and supervisors to professional and management-level positions.




Expertise in sourcing strategies for plant-based and hard-to-fill technical roles, utilizing job boards, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive efficient recruitment processes.
Experience working in multinational organizations; manufacturing or industrial environments are highly preferred.
Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
