Support the execution of the Regional Talent Development Agenda by documenting Talent Development Processes, managing and reporting Talent Development Information, and monitoring Talent Development Processes in collaboration with HR Leaders.
Main Responsibilities
- Document talent data in Talent Management System (SuccessFactors) and Talent Development Database (Excel).
- Generate workforce data reports for HR Leaders' analysis and decision-making.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of workforce data to communicate internal results and indicators and inform strategic decision-making.
- Follow up with HR leaders to ensure the successful execution of performance management Processes, assessment evaluations, talent development, and engagement processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership across HR functions (compensation, recruitment, learning & development, etc.) to deliver integrated talent solutions.
Position Requirements
- Active student with at least one year remaining before graduation.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
