About the Role ✨
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us build and scale Innovamat’s go-to-market engine.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role sitting at the intersection of strategy, sales, growth, data, and technology. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to understand how we can reach the right schools and decision-makers more effectively, build scalable outbound systems,
and continuously improve how we generate pipeline.
You’ll be expected to think like a strategist and operate like a builder.
You’ll work on questions such as:
- Who are the highest-potential customers and markets for Innovamat?
- How should we segment and prioritize our prospects?
- Which channels, messages, and approaches generate the best results?
- How can we use data, AI, and automation to make our GTM engine more efficient?
- Where are the biggest bottlenecks in our funnel?
- How do we turn what works into repeatable processes that can scale?
You’ll initially work closely with our existing BDR organization, with the opportunity to eventually take leadership of the BDR team in Mexico City.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have real ownership, learn incredibly fast, and help build a modern GTM engine from the ground up.
