The Role

Our Client is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and AI-proficient Operations & Executive Assistant to support the CEO and oversee day-to-day business operations. Moving far beyond traditional inbox management, this high-ownership role spans customer support management, social media coordination, project tracking, process optimization, and direct executive coordination. Operating full-time during U.S. Central business hours, this professional will combine hands-on operational discipline with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and scale internal business systems.
