RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align clients' existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs
- Apply functional knowledge and expertise, in collaboration with the technical consulting team, to implement business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions
- Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery
- Identify requirement and design gaps, and develop solutions that align with overall solution delivery
- Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; design and document application setup
- Advise clients on options, risk
