Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing Tier 1 support through multiple communication channels.
- Manage day-to-day HR data entry operations across various HCM systems, ensuring 100% accuracy for all employee lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, changes, and leave management).
- Ensure compliance of employee data with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.




- Support system enhancements, testing cycles, and the implementation of new HR system modules or features.
- Handle and resolve employee queries within defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage the People Operations inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
- Create and issue employment documentation such as contracts, starter packs, and termination letters, ensuring alignment with HR processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in professional and business environments.
