The objective of this role will be to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for the business unit, ensuring accurate financial insights and decision-making support. Monitor risks and opportunities, optimize reporting processes, lead digitalization initiatives,



and provide strategic financial guidance to achieve commercial objectives and sustainable business growth.

Your Tasks
- Guide CU/MU Finance and Commercial teams through financial planning processes and conception of financial objectives of the company
- Strong focus on Forecasting Cycle coordination and delivery of regional requirements, champion of planning tool (TM1) and submission deliverables
- Assure process communication within regional / general guidelines for CU/MU teams
- Detect risks and opportunities based on data analysis and Can-Do monitoring
- Monitor actual results vs. budgets with driver analysis / lead Monthly Business Review reporting and consolidation
- Full P&L; ownership (all P&L; lines) for the 3 BPUs
- Champion digitalization and automation journey for the MU (PBI App)
- Weekly monitoring of Monthly Sales Outlook and reporting to Regional HQ
- Daily Sales report
