We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join the Sales Management team for a high-impact project with a leading automotive company headquartered in Fremont, California.
The Senior Backend Developer will work on a mission-critical, in-house CRM platform that supports global sales operations and covers the full sales lifecycle, directly impacting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Must have Mexican nationality
Valid Mexican passport required
Bachelor’s degree and professional license (cédula competente)
What you bring
5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience working with real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems
Proficiency in Python and/or Go
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Experience with large-scale data systems such as ClickHouse
Hands-on experience with OpenSearch or similar search technologies
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
Strong understanding of scalable system design and high-throughput architectures




Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required
Nice to have
Experience working with AI-driven or agentic workflow systems
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures

What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a global CRM platform
Build high-performance microservices capable of handling real-time data processing
Architect systems that support high throughput and large-scale data environments
Contribute to the development of AI-assisted workflows that enhance sales productivity
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed environments
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and data engineering
