We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to join our LATAM Travel team.

In this role, they will serve as the central coordinator for regional travel operations, making certain our employees experience smooth journeys while staying aligned with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in corporate travel and expense management who thrives in a multinational, fast-moving environment.



The adecuado candidate offers in-depth understanding of LATAM travel regulations, applied experience with modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and exceptional communication abilities in both English and Spanish to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to contact for all LATAM regional travel requirements, organizing complex travel itineraries and delivering top-tier support to travelers
Uphold company travel policies by leveraging local and regional know-how to inform and coach employees effectively
Oversee and streamline travel bookings via Concur Travel & Expense, tackling and resolving any system-related challenges that emerge
Advise employees on expense submission guidelines to improve clarity, ensure compliance, and ease the reimbursement process
Manage immigration-related queries and internal workflows such as Topia, and pr
