Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a remote internship that supports Shieldworkz’s business development and outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, researching potential customers and market segments,



and helping prepare sales presentations and marketing materials tailored to industrial cybersecurity services. The intern will support communication with prospective and existing clients, coordinate follow-ups, and contribute to basic customer service tasks that strengthen relationships and address inquiries. The role may also involve participating in online training sessions, documenting processes, and helping the sales team track and report performance metrics. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to sales and marketing in a specialized cybersecurity domain.
