The Opportunity
This is a freelance contract role. There is no base salary. There is no ceiling either. Digitanity is bringing on independent Recruitment Partners to source IT talent on behalf of our clients, and we are paying serious bounties for every successful hire you place.
Bounties range from $2,000 to $10,000 per successful placement depending on role seniority and complexity. These are not small rewards for small effort. They reflect the caliber of talent we are seeking and the commercial value each hire delivers to our clients.
We are particularly focused on recruiters who can consistently deliver senior and hard-to-fill roles across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market functions.
