About OSL Group
OSL Group (HK 00863) is Asia’s leading digital asset platform and fintech pioneer. As the first SFC-licensed virtual asset platform in Hong Kong, OSL bridges traditional finance with the world of digital assets, providing institutional-grade custody, Over-The-Counter (OTC) trading, exchange execution, asset tokenization, and stablecoin payment infrastructure (OSL Pay / StableX).
We are expanding our regional operational hubs and building high-performing teams passionate about shaping compliant, general financial infrastructure.
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, institutional-focused Stablecoin Business Development Lead for Latin America to drive the adoption and distribution of USDGO—the enterprise-grade, federally regulated digital dollar issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. and distributed by OSL Group.
With LATAM rapidly shifting toward digital dollar settlement for cross-border trade, B2B supplier payments, and corporate treasury management, your mission will be to position USDGO as the premier compliant stablecoin rail across Brazil, Mexico,
and Argentina. You will originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with local payment service providers (PSPs), cross-border trade facilitators, neobanks, local exchanges, and corporate financial networks.
Key Responsibilities
Regional GTM & USDGO Positioning: Formulate and execute a B2B-centric business development strategy across Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, emphasizing USDGO’s core differentiators: OCC regulation, GENIUS Act alignment, enterprise compliance, and 1:1 USD backing.
Fintech & Payment Rails Integration: Secure distribution channels by partnering with regional PSPs, payment gateways, and local clearing rails (e.g., Pix integration partners in Brazil, SPEI partners in Mexico) to power underlying B2B payment flows with USDGO.
Cross-Border B2B & Trade Settlement: Target supply chain networks, import/export corporates, and cross-border payment platforms to replace slow leg
