The Role:
Assist with bookkeeping, inventory, chargebacks, reconciliations, journal entries, and close support. Gain hands-on experience across retail, DTC, and Amazon accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Process AP/AR invoices, inventory logs, and COGS entries.

Support inventory controls: receipts, shrinkage logs, accounting adjustments.

Assist tracking, resolving, and reporting chargebacks and vendor allowances.

Help reconcile vendor EDI transactions—returns, rebates, credits.

Prep revenue entries under ASC 606 for review.

Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis.

Maintain documentation and control logs.

Document SOPs and suggest process improvements.

Coordinate with US finance/operations on close and control tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting

At least 4 years relevant experience; e‑commerce or retail background preferred.

Fundamental understanding: accruals, reconciliations, ERP structure.

Strong Excel skills; ERP or database familiarity a plus.

Detail-oriented, reliable under deadlines.

Clear communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.
