Leveraging technology and AI across every facet of their business, they aim to optimize community performance, resident experience, and portfolio growth.

This is not an entry-level data-entry seat—it is the operational and financial backbone of the portfolio. This execution-and-analysis role inherits heavy volume from day one. Financial Data & Reporting: Build clean reporting templates, track property KPIs, and support budget variance tracking.
AP/AR & Vendor Operations: Monitor accounts payable/receivable workflows, delinquency tracking, and invoice processing. Conduct routine system audits, resolve billing discrepancies,



and maintain professional vendor relationships start to finish.
Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI/automation solutions ( , Zapier, Claude). System & Data Integrity: Maintain proficiency in Yardi, Coda, AvidXchange, Excel, and Google Workspace. Catch data synchronization errors across financial platforms early.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear, professional communication skills.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. Proven background in high-volume operations, business administration, finance, or property management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Comfortable picking up complex software systems (Yardi, AvidXchange, Coda) independently.
Demonstrated ability to build practical workflows using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation tools (Zapier, ) to save time and boost throughput.
Practical AP/AR, reconciliation, or vendor management experience.
Prior experience with Yardi, AvidXchange, Coda, , or Zapier.

Daily use of tools like Claude to increase quality and speed.
Direct & Documented: Concise, direct communication where decisions and processes are documented in writing.
