Role Summary

- We are looking for a Business Process & Integration Engineer (Immediate Start – Mexico-based or LATAM) to translate business needs into technical solutions and own delivery end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- This is a fast-track hiring role (2–3 days turnaround) for candidates who are available immediately or within 1 week.
- The role focuses on workflow automation, data integration, APIs, ETL, and enterprise systems, with emphasis on Azure, Snowflake, Python, SAP CPI, and data engineering.
- Experience with Regrello/Blueprints is a plus, but not required. Other workflow automation tools are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently
- Design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations
- Develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision
- Build integrations using APIs, ETL,



and enterprise tools
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quickly
- Troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment
- Create technical and process documentation
- Own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations)
- Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing)
- Strong Python for automation and data processing
- Experience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrations
- Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience)
- Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
