ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL REQUIRED
Quality system supervisor/manager will be responsible to maintain AS 9100 quality system documents and implementation in whole company. Coordinate and implement internal audit such as QMS audit, process audit and product audit. Handle external audit such as 3rd party audit and customer audit. Provide quality system training to team and coordinate implementation. Lead continuous improvement activities in plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage AS 9100 quality management system document control process;
Manage and implement record control process；
Provide quality management system training to team and new employees;
Establish yearly audit plan and lead team to implement it accordingly;
Conduct 3rd party audit, customer audit,



and support special process expert to fulfill Nadcap audit;
Coordinate internal department to close all external party findings;
Another task assigned by supervisor;

Required Qualifications:
Good in English & Spanish in writing & speaking is a must;
Good skill in Microsoft word, excel application;
At least 3 years quality system manage working experience;
Experience in AS9100 or IATF16949 quality system implementation;
.Have quality tools (8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA) application experience;
Team work, willing to work under pressure, initiative of learning;
Certified interal auditor of AS9100 or IATF16949;
