Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Process & Integration Engineer (Immediate Start – Mexico-based or LATAM) to translate business needs into technical solutions and own delivery end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
This is a fast-track hiring role (2–3 days turnaround) for candidates who are available immediately or within 1 week.
The role focuses on workflow automation, data integration, APIs, ETL, and enterprise systems, with emphasis on Azure, Snowflake, Python, SAP CPI, and data engineering.
Experience with Regrello/Blueprints is a plus, but not required. Other workflow automation tools are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities
Translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently
Design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations
Develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision
Build integrations using APIs, ETL,



and enterprise tools
Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quickly
Troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment
Create technical and process documentation
Own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy

Required Skills & Experience
~3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering
~ Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations)
~ Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing)
~ Strong Python for automation and data processing
~ Experience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrations
~ Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience)
~ Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support)
~ Strong analytical and communication skills
~ Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
