Ticket resolution and troubleshooting via Jira across Gainsight, Gong, Matik, and related CS systems
Platform configuration and system support tasks
Supporting Customer Success operational workflows across multiple tools

Triaging and routing SFDC-related issues appropriately to GTMS when needed
