Key responsibilities in your new role

Sales Operations Support: Support daily sales operations activities and structured processes to achieve team objectives Customer Support: Assist with customer requests, gather relevant information, and coordinate inquiries with internal teams Commercial Support: Support pricing activities, commercial offers, Volume Price Agreements, and related data updates Sales Forecasting: Collect, validate, and maintain data to support sales forecasting activities CRM & Data Management: Maintain customer and opportunity information in SAP CRM and other business systems Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and update standard reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decisions Account Administration: Support credit reviews, account reconciliation, RFQ documentation, and product change communications Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - Expected graduation May/June 2027 Language: English proficiency required (B2+) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point Communication : Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and integral teams Business Interest: Interest in customer service, sales support, commercial processes, and business operations Analytical Skills:



Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Work Style: Service-oriented, accountable, responsive, willing to learn, and able to follow established processes with guidance Internship Benefits $5,500 gross pesos bi-weekly pay $1,000 pesos restaurant voucher bi-weekly pay Direct hire (no agencies) IMSS Vacation days and Christmas bonus Hybrid part-time schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm About Infineon
