We're Hiring: Senior Onsite Technical Program / Delivery Manager – Retail & eCommerce Polanco, Mexico City | 100% Onsite Contractor Engagement USD $month Private Major Medical Insurance Fluent English & Spanish RequiredWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program / Delivery Manager who can operate as the primary onsite point of contact between the client, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.This is not a traditional PMO role focused only on status reports and meeting coordination.We need someone who can understand the client's business problem, translate it into an executable delivery strategy, anticipate risks before they become escalations, and confidently recommend Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C when delivery is challenged.What You Will OwnAct as the primary onsite client-facing Delivery / Program ManagerManage complex Retail, eCommerce, B2B and/or B2C technology programsOwn project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and delivery commitmentsBuild and manage integrated project plans, including critical path analysisCoordinate onsite and offshore/global delivery teams across multiple time zonesLead Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Product, Business, Operations, and external vendorsDrive projects from discovery and estimation through development, QA/UAT, production release, go-live, hypercare, and stabilizationManage RAID, change control, decision logs, escalation paths, and executive governanceResolve delivery conflicts between vendors and technical teamsHandle complex client escalations and develop recovery plans before issues reach executive leadershipPresent realistic delivery options based on time, cost, scope, risk, quality,
