Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – Onsite

Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: $19,500 MXN + benefits above the law

Annual performance bonus + relocation support may be available

We’re looking for a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare consumers, delivering excellent service through inbound and outbound calls.

What you’ll do: Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments Verify patient and insurance information Document interactions in CRM/EHR systems Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with healthcare teams Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy/HIPAA standards Meet quality, productivity, attendance,



and service-level goals

What we’re looking for: University/college degree required Customer service, contact center, healthcare, or patient access experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications Healthcare systems experience, such as Epic , is a plus
