The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutionsKey Responsibilities- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agent prompts, grounding RAG and custom agent actions
- Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions: ingestion, modelling, activation
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows
- Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy,



and production support
- Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standardsRequired Skills Experience- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce core platform
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
- Experience as a Tech Lead: design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery modelsRequired Salesforce Certifications- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
