Agentic AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for anAgentic AI Solutions Engineerto design, configure, and optimizeAI Agentsfor enterprise healthcare and life sciences environments.
This is anAI implementation and solutions role, not a traditional backend development position.
You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and optimizeAI Agents.
Conduct customer discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
⚙️ Translate business workflows into agent logic and multi-step AI workflows.
✍️ Create and optimizeprompts and system instructions.
Work withRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based solutions.
Support integrations withAPIs, SQL databases, CRMs, and data warehouses.
Participate in UAT, troubleshooting, and production implementations.
Collaborate withProduct, Engineering, Customer Success,
and enterprise customers.Requirements
1–2+ years of experience withAI implementation, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions.
Hands-on experience building or configuringAI Agents.
StrongPrompt Engineering and LLMknowledge.
Experience or strong understanding ofRAG.
Working knowledge ofSQL, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience gathering customer requirements and translating workflows into technical solutions.
️ Strong English communication skills.

You do not need experience with every platform, but you should understand howenterprise systems, data, and AI solutions work together.Compensation
Payroll:MXN $34 K–$42 K/month
Direct Contractor:
