Working closely with retention strategists and copywriters, you will craft email templates that balance brand aesthetics with performance-driven design principles.Consistently high email engagement rates (open rates, click rates) across your client portfolio through strong visual design
Efficient production workflows that allow rapid iteration and testing of design variations
Email designs that maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion and user experience
Positive client feedback on design quality and strong collaboration with cross-functional team membersCreate campaign emails, automated flow templates, and promotional designs aligned with client brand guidelines
Develop mobile-first email designs that render flawlessly across email clients and devices




Iterate quickly on email designs based on performance data and A/B test results
Maintain organized design systems and asset libraries for each client account
Stay current on email design trends, platform updates, and industry innovations
Execute QA testing across multiple email clients before campaign launches
Support the team with design feedback and contribute to internal design standards
Manage multiple client accounts with varying design needs and brand aesthetics2-4 years of experience in email design, digital design, or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating email work
~ Expert proficiency in Figma for designing email layouts and creating design systems
~ Demonstrated ability to design for conversion while maintaining brand integrity and aesthetic quality
~ Fast iteration speed with ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines
~ Familiarity with direct-to-consumer brands and ecommerce customer lifecycle marketingHands-on experience with Klaviyo or other email service platforms (Mailchimp, Iterable, Braze)
Motion graphics or animation capabilities to enhance email interactivity and engagement
