You will handle case management, guide users through POS software features, and collaborate with Tier 2 Support to resolve issues quickly and accurately.In this role, you'll document interactions in Talkdesk/Salesforce, translate technical guidance for non-technical clients, and help improve self-service tools.
Flexibility for some after-hours work is required.
