We believe that when diversity and inclusion are fully embraced and empowered, creativity and knowledge emerge to deliver excellence.Role OverviewThe Boutique Director is responsible for the successful management of the boutique with the main objective of developing sales, growing the sales team and reaching a consistent and sustainable high quality client experience.ResponsibilitiesProject and produce the sales as defined in the store action plan developed with the Senior Vice President, Retail and Regional Director focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives to achieve Spearheads management and strategic development, including High JewelryEnhance quality and maintain integrity of the Van Cleef & Arpels image in the marketIdentify successful profiles and talent planning in order to define career paths and promote advancement, while monitoring and supervising Boutique team membersGenerate new clients while developing new and innovative business ideasRepresents Van Cleef & Arpels at meetings, events,



charity dinners and other work-related functions in both Mexico and abroad.
Extensive travel involvedManage optimal levels of inventories and model stock in coordination with the Supply Chain DepartmentInitiate activities for new product launches, events and activities to enhance visibility in the market and increase net salesAssist in developing store personnel's performance goals and, update management through reporting mechanismsProvide the highest levels of customer service to support the growth of salesOccasionlly may attend international functions such as Retail Conferences, Watch and Wonder and High Jewellery trips with the President & CEO, Senior Vice President, Retail and Regional DirectorQualificationsMinimum 15 years of luxury retail management experienceBachelor's degree in Related field is requiredMaster's degree in Business is preferredMulti-Unit or High-Volume Experience requiredLuxury Retail or Hospitality experience is a mustCapacity to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely mannerStrong computer skills: SAP, Excel, Word, Power PointExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to Travel and ability to host events with a high degree of etiquetteFlexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededAbility to spend long periods of time standingFluency in English preferredIn our Group, you can start anywhere and go everywhere.
