Specialist in Network, cyber security and Information Systems Management , with a proven track record of success in overseeing and maintaining IT infrastructure and application.Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support, ERP System management and support, as well as first point of contact for infrastructure maintenance and replacement.REQUIREMENTSLead local IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems & servicesNetwork and Infrastructure Management including Workstation, Office 365 and Microsoft Windows/Server Management.Provide support and collaboration to business unitsMonitor performance and availability of IT systemsPartner with key stakeholders across organizationFunctional Power User of ERP systemsAbility to explain technical details and handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detailStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritizeExperience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environmentPRIMARY OBJECTIVESDetermines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formatsImproves systems by studying current practices, applying best practices, and designing modificationsRecommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved proceduresEnsures operation by training personnel, providing help desk support, and providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentationOverall department oversite, including management of projects, personnel, budgets, key stakeholder relationships, and department performanceEstablish a culture of growth, education and applicationEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE2-5 years of experience in working in IT operations managementBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, or a combination of the two
