and events that drive trial and sales.Leverage market and competitive insights to develop differentiated activation strategies.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.Fluent English (written and spoken).1-2 years of experience in the beverage, spirits, beer, food, or hospitality industry, with spirits industry experience preferred.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Results-oriented with a strong execution mindset.Strategic thinking and leadership presence.Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.Entrepreneurial mindset and relationship-building capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Solid understanding of business processes and cross-functional collaboration.
