Bowery Valuation is looking for an experienced Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in North Carolina.
This is a strong opportunity for an appraiser who wants to focus on high-quality valuation work, develop client relationships, and be part of a company that is actively building for the future of the industry.
We complete a broad range of commercial assignments, with meaningful exposure to lender and institutional work across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and other special‐purpose assets.At Bowery, we believe experienced appraisers should spend more time on analysis, judgment, and client‐facing work, and less time fighting clunky systems and repetitive administrative tasks.

communicate clearly, and deliver credible valuation work in a professional setting.
Just as important, we want someone who is energized by growth and excited to help expand our presence in the Carolinas.RequirementsActive North Carolina Certified General appraiser license.Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.Demonstrated experience with commercial property types such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed‐use assets.Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines.Experience with lender‐oriented or institutional appraisal work is strongly preferred.Comfort working in a tech‐forward environment and adapting to modern workflows.Salary/Benefits
