(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week)Skill set required:Intermediate-Advanced English communication5+ years of hand-on Service Now development experience in a production enterprise environment - not lab or sandbox-only workDemonstrated delivery across at least three of: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO Management, Integration Hub, or Service PortalProduction integration experience connecting Service Now to external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server - with error handling and retry logic, not just happy-path flowsExperience with Workflow Data Fabric or equivalent event-driven integration patterns on the Service Now platformWorking knowledge of Service Now security model: ACLs, roles, user criteria, and data isolation patternsFluency in Azure Dev Ops or equivalent SDLC tooling: branching strategy, code review gates, deployment pipelines for Service Now update setsMain responsibilities:Design and develop advanced Service Now configurations and customizations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules, ensuring alignment with platform governance standards and architectural guardrailsArchitect and implement integrations using Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric to connect Service Now with enterprise systems including Workday, People Soft, and third-party Saa S platformsLead technical design reviews and code reviews,
