Resumen: This position provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing practical knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes. Responsabilidades:

Key Responsibilities

- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Assist with account reconciliations and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities as needed.
- Review invoices and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Support monthly closing activities.
- Prepare and update Excel reports, trackers, and financial databases.
- Assist with budget and expense tracking.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by gathering documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain required financial information.
- Perform other Finance-related activities and projects as assigned.

Education





- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Active student with availability to complete a professional internship.

Knowledge & Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship or academic project experience related to Finance or Accounting is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Intermediate English level preferred.
