**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
In this role, you will lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless production, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Demand Planning**
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead the **Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;)** process to accurately forecast demand and balance capacity.
- Establish key performance indicators (**KPIs**) including OTIF (_On-Time In-Full_), inventory turnover, cycle time, and total logistics costs.
**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Manage local and global sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and supply continuity.
- Implement vendor evaluation metrics and risk mitigation plans to proactively address supply disruptions.
**Inventory & Warehouse Operations**
- Oversee inventory control strategies, safety stock policies, and warehouse operations across all distribution points.
- Optimize working capital through effective stock management and material requirements planning (MRP).
**Logistics & Compliance**
- Direct inbound and outbound logistics networks, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.




- Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws.
**Continuous Improvement & Systems**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using **Lean / Six Sigma** methodologies.
- Leverage advanced technology and ERP/WMS systems to improve supply chain visibility and data accuracy.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
_(Master's degree or APICS CSCP/CPIM certification is a strong plus).

- **Experience**: 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/management role.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Advanced hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (**SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics**).
- High proficiency in **Excel** and data analytics tools.
- **Language**: Professional working proficiency or fluency in English (written and spoken).
- **Core Competencies**:

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams.
- High adaptability and problem-solving mindset under pressure.
