The Gas Caller is responsible for maintaining communication with current and past clients through follow-up calls.
The goal is to build strong relationships, understand their current situation, and identify any potential needs for additional services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct follow-up calls with current and past clients.
- Maintain friendly and professional communication.
- Identify potential client needs or opportunities.
- Route any relevant opportunities to the appropriate team.
- Document key details from each interaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conversational English (comfortable handling calls).
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred, not required).
