Resumen: El Ingeniero Senior de Ingeniería de Ciberseguridad OT protege la infraestructura crítica industrial mediante el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de soluciones de seguridad que salvaguardan los sistemas operativos y redes OT frente a amenazas cibernéticas y riesgos operativos.

Responsabilidades

1. Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas seguras para redes OT, incluyendo segmentación de redes, zonas de seguridad y control de acceso.
2. Colaborar en la selección de tecnologías y soluciones de seguridad adecuadas para el entorno industrial (firewalls industriales, IDS/IPS, etc.).
3. Administrar y controlar el acceso de usuarios, dispositivos y sistemas en la red OT.
4. Implementar políticas de mínimos privilegios y autenticación robusto para operadores, ingenieros y proveedores externos.
5. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de ciberseguridad industrial (por ejemplo, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP).
6. Asegurar la correcta configuración y endurecimiento ("hardening") de los sistemas y dispositivos industriales.
7. Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, TI y operaciones para integrar la seguridad en nuevos proyectos y actualización.
8. Participar en la evaluación y selección de proveedores y soluciones de tecnologia industrial segura.

Supervisar y gestionar la aplicación de parches y actualizaciones en sistemas OT, minimizando riesgos para la operación.
10. Elaborar reportes periódicos para la gerencia y auditorías internas o externas.
