Job Duties and Responsibilities

Activities

1. Plan dates, deadlines, responsible parties, positions, resources and costs.

2. Lead the team responsible for achieving the project objectives, coordinate all stakeholders.

3. Control the resources assigned to the project in order to meet the objectives set.

4. Manage the constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.) of the project.

5. Lead the advanced planning of product quality and ensure that it is complied with in a timely manner, so that all welding, machining and assembly processes have the corresponding planning.

6. Coordinate PPAP/APQP Activities with all departments in order to comply with the established programs, as well as ensure that timely support is given to the scheduled areas and events.
