Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Tijuana. Reporting to the Manager Engineering the Manufacturing Engineer’s role involves:

- This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes by providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience in Medical Industry Design and optimize manufacturing processes within schedule and budget parameters.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and workflows.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
- Write and update work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
- Analyze and design equipment layouts and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure effective tooling and product design.
- Respond to customer requests regarding product specifications and design changes.
- Advanced English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree/ Industrial Engineer
- Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
- Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
- Responsible for developing, applying,



revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
- Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.
