Our client is a very established global organisation that is expanding its internal Creative Hub and looking for an accomplished designer who wants to stay close to the craft while operating at a senior level.

This role operates on a global scale , with creative work reaching multiple international markets and regular collaboration with teams and stakeholders across different countries. Because of this, you must be able to speak and communicate confidently in English , including in meetings, creative reviews and day-to-day collaboration.

You’ll get the scale and stability of an established integral company with the pace, variety and creative energy of an agency .

This is a hands-on opportunity with no formal people management, giving you the freedom to create, animate and influence ideas rather than stepping away from design. You’ll join an established creative environment where strong judgement is trusted, new technology is embraced and quality matters across every channel.

The Senior Integrated Designer – Motion & Social will take ownership of high-profile global creative briefs, combining integrated design expertise with advanced motion, animation, video and social-first thinking.

Role Highlights

– Create and animate social-first content designed specifically for individual platforms

– Produce sophisticated motion graphics and animations using After Effects





– Edit product demos and talking-head videos from raw footage through to final delivery

– Develop integrated assets spanning digital, campaigns, presentations, landing pages and print

– Shape larger creative concepts and translate them consistently across multiple channels and formats

– Work on creative briefs and campaigns with global reach and visibility

– Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders across multiple international markets

– Adapt creative thinking for different audiences while maintaining a consistent global brand

You Will Need

– A standout portfolio showcasing advanced motion, animation and social-first creative

– Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro

– Strong integrated design expertise across digital, presentation, campaign and print formats

– Excellent typography, layout, visual storytelling and motion design fundamentals

– Experience within an agency, creative studio or in-house environment

– Confidence working within a fast-paced, agency-style creative environment

– Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and cultures

– Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, discussing creative work,



presenting ideas and collaborating with global stakeholders in English
