Job Overview

Manages a sourcing team responsible for executing buying strategies, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management. Translates sourcing objectives into operational plans and ensures monthly performance targets are achieved.

Job Requirements

- Managing sourcing teams executing category and supplier strategies.
- Developing supplier sourcing strategies aligned with product and portfolio roadmaps.
- Overseeing supplier performance monitoring, classification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifying sourcing risks and coordinating mitigation actions across stakeholders.
- Supporting negotiations and recommending sourcing best practices.
- Managing budgets, resources, and adherence to sourcing policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements

- Requiere una licenciatura, ing. Industrial, comercio, administracio o a fin.
- Experiencia con, SAP o un sistema ERP equivalente.
- Experiencia- 5+ años en manufactura y experiencia lidereando equipos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bien de forma autónoma y liderar un equipo.
- Habilidades fluidas en inglés.
- Conocimiento avanzado

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Compras de Materia Prima, estableciendo prioridades, objetivos y estrategias que
aseguren el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio, inventario y costo.
2. Garantizar el suministro oportuno de materia prima requerida por la operación, asegurando la continuidad de la producción
y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
3. Dirigir la ejecución del MRP y asegurar la correcta gestión de los requerimientos de materia prima en función de la demanda
y los planes de producción.
4. Colaborar con Planeación, Operaciones, Finanzas, Calidad y demás áreas funcionales para mantener niveles óptimos de




inventario y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales.
5. Liderar el análisis y control de inventarios excedentes, obsoletos y de lenta rotación, desarrollando estrategias para
optimizar el capital de trabajo y minimizar pérdidas.
6. Administrar la adquisición de materia prima de acuerdo con las políticas, procedimientos y controles establecidos por TE.
7. Supervisar el seguimiento de órdenes de compra, entregas de proveedores, materiales en tránsito y pedidos pendientes
para asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de suministro.
8. Gestionar de manera proactiva situaciones relacionadas con cambios en la demanda, revisiones de fechas de entrega,
materiales descontinuados, sustituciones aprobadas y cualquier condición que pueda afectar la disponibilidad de materia
prima.
9. Liderar la resolución de restricciones de suministro y coordinar acciones de recuperación con proveedores para minimizar
riesgos e impactos a la operación.
10. Resolver en coordinación con las áreas correspondientes discrepancias relacionadas con materiales, facturación,
entregas, recepciones y otros procesos que puedan afectar la continuidad operativa.
11. Garantizar la integridad, mantenimiento y actualización de los sistemas de abastecimiento, así como la correcta
administración de los parámetros de planeación de materiales.
12. Asegurar la precisión y confiabilidad de los registros de compras e inventarios de materia prima para soportar la toma de
decisiones, el control financiero y el cumplimiento de auditorías.
