We´re hiring QA Leader,

Position Overview
While the company has QA teams in the Engineering organization, we set-up dedicated local QA teams to validate the company solution against specific operators to help them launch our product with very high quality.
We are looking for a QA leader who will report to the Global QA Director and will build the local QA team.
QA Leader Activities include:

- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources.
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- QA Manual and Automation Activities include:
- Android and IOS device (automation with Appium) testing
- Saas/Cloud Back End server (automation with Jmeter) testing
- Web (automation with Selenium) testing

- Must have automation experience using languages like Java, Python, Linux shell, etc.
- Must have automation experience with tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Jmeter, Android automator, Appium, etc.
- Must have a strong knowledge of web services (REST API, SOAP UI).
- Must have sound understanding of QA practices and principles including Test case creation and management, Defect managements and metrics, etc.
- Must have knowledge of Linux.
- Experience of white box testing and debugging the following: Web based application,



Back end server testing (Saas), Scalability and performance.
- Understanding of Cloud/SaaS technology.
- Understand of how to test a product for a mass market use consumer.

- Must have A Passion for quality. The candidate will be immersed in quality assurance and a strong understanding of how to apply this to an agile environment.
- Must have strong records of leadership.

- Must have Self-starter and natural leader, doesn't wait for instructions once the objectives are clear.
- Experience in both startups and larger companies.
