**Position Requirement**
What We Are Looking For - Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or call center sales.
- Strong comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above; C1 preferred.
- Ability to speak professionally and confidently with US-based business owners and decision-makers.
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets and performance metrics.
- Strong listening skills and ability to quickly identify customer needs.
- Organized and disciplined in tracking follow-ups and sales activity.
- Experience selling to SMBs, merchants, manufacturers, exporters, distributors, or business owners is a plus.
- Interest in e-commerce, international trade, or digital business is a plus.
