Resumen:This position provides leadership to production personnel, ensures proper utilization of resources, monitors operational performance, and promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Responsabilidades:Mains Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities according to established production plans and priorities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop production personnel.
- Assign personnel and resources according to operational requirements.
- Monitor production performance and key operational indicators.
- Identify production issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety practices.
- Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and employee development.
- Coordinate with support departments to resolve operational issues and ensure production continuity.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment, tools, materials, and company resources.
- Maintain workplace organization and housekeeping standards.




- Conduct production meetings and communicate objectives, priorities, results, and operational concerns.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and required documentation.
- Support employee training and cross-training activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience may be considered.Experience- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Experience managing production personnel and operational priorities.Knowledge and Skills- Production and manufacturing operations.
