IBM Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements across Employee Central and Talent modules in a general, multi-country environment. Hands-on configuration knowledge is a must, with focus on stability and data integrity.
You will work across Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation, support integrations and data replication, participate in UT/SIT/UAT, and contribute to reporting and release management.
