Foundever MEXICO site Chapultepec is looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist.

Availability to work On-site.

Every 2 months during 2 weeks working on weekends depending on workload after this regular schedule.

Responsibilities

- To troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- To troubleshoot telephony issues.
- To troubleshoot software issues.
- To deploy and troubleshoot hardware, both PC/Laptops and telephony equipment.
- To deploy and troubleshoot Desktop Images, Software updates and installations (software).
- To add/remove user credentials as per company policies.
- To perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance of in-warranty and out of warranty equipment
- To escalation problems to proper IT support areas when needed.
- To Fulfill all audit requests for IT data at the site, along with assisting with all IT audits,



which may be for their site and/or client within their site.
- To provide support to OnCall personnel on site when needed and according with OnCall rotation and schedules.
- be remote hands support for Network, Telephone, Server, QA and application engineers to ensure high system uptime and end user satisfaction in a call center environment
- support end-user testing during the change windows for the campaigns, clients, customers and users served by the site occasionally outside normal business hours
- To aid during Account implementation, change or growth
- To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate Superior
