**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Compliance & Regulatory Oversight**:
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws, Social Security (IMSS), Infonavit, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies that align with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of labor reforms, union regulations, and HR-related legal changes.
- **Employee & Union Relations**:
- Act as the primary liaison with labor unions, leading negotiations, conflict resolution,



and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and dispute resolution processes.
- Foster a positive work culture, ensuring fair treatment and consistent HR practices.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and social contributions.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with finance to ensure audits, reporting, and budgeting related to labor costs are precise.
- **Strategic HR Leadership**:
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies specific to manufacturing operations.
- Design and implement HR policies for performance management, training, career development, and succession planning.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, workforce efficiency, and cultural transformation initiatives.
- **Health, Safety & Wellbeing**:
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety regulations (NOM standards).
- Promote employee well-being programs and ensure safe work environments.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 8-10 years in HR leadership, with at least 5 years in the manufacturing industry in Mexico.
- **Expertise**:
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican labor laws, union negotiations, and employee relations**.
- Proven track record in **policy-making, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration**.
- Experience in managing HR within a **unionized workforce** is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
- Fluency in **English** (mandatory); Spanish proficiency also preferred.
