As a Lead R&O; Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance operations at our ISC CORP facility in Juarez, Chihuahua. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the maintenance processes and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team.
- Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.




- Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
- Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition.
- Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Technical degree in maintenance, electronics, electromechanical, or related field.
- English intermediate.
- 5+ years of experience in SMT operations within manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes.
- Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young).
- IPC knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
