What you will do:

• Business Strategy: Collaborate directly with executive leadership to design and execute long-term strategic initiatives.

- Analytics & Modeling: Build analytical tools and data models (SQL, Python, BI) to track key KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through deep-dive data research.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to accelerate decision-making.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years in data analysis, business strategy, management consulting, or project management.
- Tech Stack:



Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ideally Python or R.
- Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Languages: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. $50,000 - $60,000 a month• Competitive Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 MXN per month (negotiable based on experience).
